Just choose the model name from our drop down list, enter your details, including where and when you purchased your moisture meter as well as the serial number of the device.
Then put the reason for sending it in to us in the “Fault Description” field.

If you need to send us multiple devices then please repeat the process for each device and ship them together to your nearest service centre:
