Repairs

Welcome to the Tramex Service Centre, where you can book your device in for a repair.
**We are now handling USA repairs and calibration at our Orlando office**

Just choose the model name from our drop down list, enter your details, including where and when you purchased your moisture meter as well as the serial number of the device.
Then put the reason for sending it in to us in the “Fault Description” field.
If you need an annual calibration and a new calibration cert, then visit: https://tramexmeters.com/service/calibration

If you need to send us multiple devices then please repeat the process for each device and ship them together to your nearest service centre:

Please print the email and include it with the shipment.
