Concrete Moisture Probe - Learn About the Tramex CMP

The Tramex Concrete Moisture probe, the Determinator, measures in-situ quantitative concrete moisture content percentage (%MC) in a concrete slab, to an extendable depth of up to 4" (100mm). It is the first moisture probe that can measure moisture content deep within the concrete floor.

Measuring the in-situ moisture content % deeper within the concrete slab can help determine if moisture in the slab is originating from below, within or above.  These concrete moisture content readings can prove essential in establishing the next step in fixing moisture problems in a concrete floor or slab.

The concrete moisture probe can fit in the same hole drilled to perform the ASTM F2170 relative humidity test in concrete.

The Concrete Moisture Probe can only be used in a Tramex Unified Concrete Moisture Test Method with a Tramex Concrete Moisture Meter, such as the CME5, CMEX5 or older meters CME4 and CMEX2.
