Tramex Meters App Help

Tramex devices don't require a Bluetooth connection, so ensure that you're phone is not "paired" or "connected" to your device
Otherwise try the following:

  • Ensure that your meter has a new battery. Tramex meters typically have very long battery life, but Bluetooth functionality will be the first to go, so try replacing the battery.
  • Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your device
    • On Data Loggers, there is a slide switch on the top of the unit.
    • On Meters, there is a Bluetooth button on the front of the device.
  • Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your Phone
  • Ensure that you have granted the Tramex app permission to use Bluetooth and Locations ( Location is tied to Bluetooth functionality on an Android phone. )
    • To enable this, see you phones settings.

Both your Tramex Meter and your app have seperate temperature scale settings, these need to be updated in your menu under settings or Temperature settings. You'll probably only ever change this once, but check the menu, it's there
